Question 1

How does Seekunda work?

Accepted Answer

A QR code on each table links to the live bill from your POS. Guests scan with their phone camera, see the bill, split it however they like, add a tip, and pay — all in under 30 seconds. No app needed.

Question 2

Do I need to change my POS system?

Accepted Answer

No. Seekunda integrates directly with your existing R-Keeper or iiko system. We pull bills live and push payment confirmations back automatically.

Question 3

Do guests need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything works in the phone's browser. Guests just scan the QR code — it opens instantly, no download, no signup.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Just 1.5% commission per transaction. No setup fees, no monthly subscriptions, no hidden costs.

Question 5

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

48 hours from signup to live. We handle the POS integration, generate your QR codes, and test everything before you go live.

Question 6

Is it secure?

Accepted Answer

All payments are processed through a Russian acquiring bank with PCI-DSS compliance and TLS 1.3 encryption. We never store card details.

Question 7

What payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

SBP, Mir cards and T-Pay. We cover the payment methods your guests already use and trust.

Question 8

What if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

The guest is notified immediately and can retry. No bill gets lost — the POS stays in sync at all times.
